      Sublingual B complex review

      In my lay person's opinion, the sublingual B complex by Nature's Truth is an excellent product, it is very helpful for me. As an older person, my ability to absorb nutrients may not be as good as it should be, so this is a more effective way to get the B complex. I wish I could tell everyone, also, that my restless leg has disappeared. Through trial and error, I've found the right solution, I'm very happy about this. I had noticed that red meat and iron were helpful for the restless leg, but this Bcomplex really works, especially with other food rich in the B's and iron. Thank you for an excellent product, can really sleep better!

      Experience With B-Complex Liquid

      I've been ill for months and doctors have not been helpful or even tried to diagnose some of my health issues. I've been taking this B complex for a few months with other supplements and have been feeling much better. I highly recommend taking this if you're not feeling well.
