      Every generation needs to see this

      Both of the last 2 collectors edition have some nice collectibles to go with the movie. The 70th has a restored blu ray version where the 75th has the same blu ray version but has an upgraded 3D blu ray version. The 3D version is restored from an 8k original, compressed to 4k and according to a review, on another website, the 3D is surprisingly good and if you change the settings on your player you can watch the new restoration in 2D with a noticeably better picture. Bottom line either will be fine for the average viewer and certainly for the kids. For those who are videofiles the only version is the 75th anniversary one. Which begs the question why didn't they use the 8k to make the 2D blu ray?

      my little girl loved this. the light it has is cheapo but the diary is awesome the 3d the blu ray dvd and special songs disc. i think instead of someone buying the 3d. just get this its like getting lot of little extras that are worth it for sure

      My favorite movie-enhanced!

      The Wizard of Oz is my favorite movie of all time. Up until now, I had a vhs copy from when I was little. It was definitely showing signs of wear. This new Blu-ray edition is wonderfully remastered with a crisp, colorful picture. The bonus items we get are nice keepsakes too, and the documentary was really interesting. I’m so happy I purchased it, and the shipping was quick too! :)

      great boxset

      Great Boxset for a great movie and it has some great collections that come with as well and even 3D version along with Blu-ray and dvd as well if you don't have a 3D tv or player as which is good this indeed is must have for all OZ fans.
