    I placed the tube into the tire in posit...

    I placed the tube into the tire in position on the rim by hand (no tools), and started to inflate it. Before any pressure built, it started to make a noise of leaking air. At first, I though it might be just the air gurgling around the tube making its way through the Slime. But it never would inflate or hold any pressure. I removed the tube and inspected it, and found a small hole where the Slime was leaking. The hole faced the rim, not the tire. A new Slime replacement worked fine.
