    Won't work at my house

    It is impossible to charge in a normal wall socket. It has to be laid on a charge surface. Impossible to communicate with manufacturer. What a disappointment. Gonna go buy a Dustbuster. Love ebay -- hate this product!

    Good and basic

    It’s actually not better than I expected but it’s all I’m looking for. I just needed another hand vac for the errant dog hairs in between vacuuming. That’s about all the power this basic model offers. I have a much older one downstairs that is much more powerful.
