        Big Storage Small Price.

        I wanted a drive with cloud capabilities. After seeing the prices I decided ordinary external storage would be more practical. It's half the price and twice the storage of a home based cloud. I have tons of files and 4 gig will do me fine. This drive is quiet and about the size of a cigar box. Fits my needs perfectly and it's not in the way. I just plugged it in and forgot about it. Its like adding a second hard drive to your laptop. Only better.

        Failed out of the box

        The drive I received failed out of the box. Initially it showed 4 TB of space available as soon as I copied files to it, the drive became inaccessible. I then got an error saying the parameter is incorrect. I scanned it with the Western digital disc analysis tool, it threw error code 7. I reformatted it multiple times and it continued to fail as soon as I copied files to it. I have ordered these refurbished drives before and they have always worked in the past this is the first one that had issues. The scan also indicated it had multiple bad sectors and blocks.

        This external hard drive is amazing! Connected it to my PS4 and in a few steps, I was formatted and was storing my games onto the new hard drive. I was a little skeptical about getting a refurbished hard drive, but when I received it, it was packaged and looked brand new. I am very happy with this product…..

        Grabbed this for my Playstation 4

        I’m just going to start out by saying I love this hard drive. It really is compact, easy to use, and silent. I recently started running out of storage space on my already upgraded(2 Terabyte) internal hard drive and this did the trick. Compared to having to dig into the actual system to install, I love the fact that all this takes is the simple micro usb cable that comes with the drive to get you going. All I had to do was plug it into one of my USB ports on my Playstation 4, add it as external storage in settings and done! Only downside is it taking up one usb slot during usage, but in the end it really isn’t much of a big deal. I use a controller charger I bought at best buy as well so I hardly ever use the USB Ports.         Tiny in size and swift in speed
