    The item was listed as new yet it is missing a major part. The seeding wand was missing which is used to poke the holes to the required depth per what seed you are planting. The depth measurements of 0 to 4 inches are printed on the wand and the other holds the seed to plant it in the hole. The shipping costs were over priced for this item. I contacted shipper and they said they didn’t have an extra seeding wand to send me and didn’t offer any type of compensation or partial refund.

    A seeding wand was not included in the auction title or listing. The buyer wanted me to send them one, but I don't have one to send. I charge actual shipping rates. I do not upcharge. The amount is what the post office charges. I can't change that. The buyer knew the charges before they purchased the item. I don't know what I could have done differently. I was fair and honest.
