    Listing shipping specification stated USPS. I avoid Drop off couriers because many of my packages get stolen since these couriers leave your package anywhere. Seller did not honor USPS & substituted with a drop off service. We buyers cannot change the term of contract when buying. Why is it that seller's could. I shouldn't have to get lucky to get my package from a drop off. I avoid them but sellers substituting without your knowledge don't help. Unethical business practices.

    The items that I received are not what was pictured in the photographs on eBay. The photographs on eBay showed brute with alcohol base. The items I received were alcohol free brute. That’s not what I wanted. I had asked the seller when I purchased them and I never got a response.  the seller went and bought items from Amazon and sent them to me. That’s not what I wanted! I would never use this seller again.

    Item was as described. However, the shipping was a bit confusing. No tracking information was provided until after I received the item. Item arrived via Amazon, not USPS. About a week after I received the item, USPS tracking information was provided, making it appear that it (or a second package) was on its way, but nothing ever arrived with the USPS tracking number provided. In the end, I did receive AN item that was exactly what I purchased here. Not sure that I'd buy from this seller again.
