    They arrived in great shape and everything worked make sure you don’t lose the charger like I did it took a while for a replacement for it but that was my fault not the company or product it’s a active trigger bye the person holding the remote not the dog barking it self to trigger it which is perfect for training

    It’s trash Do Not purchase it. I had mine powered off but it was still active , my son was pressing buttons and the dog was screaming I thought it was being attacked. I look at the power it was shut off but still shocking my dog . Very dangerous
