Appearance was good, no scratches or marks. And worked as expected. My network went into update mode shortly after we’re all online, now working as expected. This was a great value IMO considering my critical devices are all Ethernet, and the phones and tablets are fine with 200+ Mbps. I’d buy again from this seller.

I was on the phone with Eero tech support for 40 minutes trying to connect these beacons to our Eero network. They were registered to another network so had to be hard factory reset again. You may want to factory reset each beacon before selling them as it was pretty frustrating to get them connected. Very pleased with the purchase as they are all working now. Thank you!

They were pre-owned so we had a little trouble resetting them and one reset button required a little extra effort to get it to work, but all are working great now. (Online reset instructions have an error. HOLD the reset button for approximately 15 flashes instead of releasing it as soon as it flashes red as the instructions read. It will save you a lot of frustration.)

On arrival it was in WAY better condition than described, I would argue it appears closer to nearly new condition, no scratches, or stains, the only visible wear is some very minor discoloration on the hinges. The advisement did state it had Windows 11 on it but it arrived with Windows 10; not really a big deal to me.
