It needs to be restrung, which was not expected. Fortunately I know how to do that. I don’t believe the seller knew that the doll had a problem because it was unused in the box. Not the seller’s fault… but something a seller should consider on a doll this old so they can alert a buyer in advance. Still, I like the doll, it was a great price, and arrived quickly. I’m happy
