He advertised is as in working order but will not accept his claim was fraudulent -because he could not turn the unit on without the code. I bought it in good faith. To access the unit's safety code-essential to turn it on-the VW Dealership here in Huntington Beach charges $238. I have tried asking JD Williams to refund me but they are refusing by still claiming they had checked the unit out(impossible)
