It's pretty comfortable, although it takes a little getting used to. I wear a t-shirt underneath not a tank top. The vest is soft, but wearing it for a walk with bare arms causes some chafing. The attachment for your cellphone, keys, etc. is worthless. It doesn't fit well on the vest as shown in the photo. The strap is unnecessarily long and rubs against your arm. It's also too small to hold my cellphone.

The seller is hard to get a hold of because they are on Hong Kong time, so responses are delayed.
