    Quality was good condition was as expected the value was ok the packaging was good but the seller didnt cover all the shipping and I had to go to my local post office to cover the missing postage to get my item and upon telling the seller this they accused me of trying to scam them as my account was brand new and this was my very first purchase but my account is years old I’ve just never purchased or sold anything on it was very rude to assume I’m trying to scam for a $10 piece of paper

    This is my first negative in almost 2 decades. If you believe the issue here was because of a few cents in shipping cost I have some ocean front property to sell you in North Dakota. This was a buyer claiming they didn't get the item at first and lying about multiple things that I caught them on where they had no choice, but to admit they have the item. This was a guy trying to scam. If it was just postage I would have refunded, but they left negative before I had a chance.
