As far as I can tell it is an authentic Labubu ( the QR code scans to a pop mart website and the appearance of the doll matches the pop mart website). The box was slightly mangled, but that was expected as I wanted a specific color of Labubu.

It had airbags, but the actual box was still a bit loose inside the shipping box. Wrapping it with bubble wrap might help fill the gaps & stop any movement Just worries me a bit because the UPS driver just tossed the package onto my concrete door step. The box doesn't say "Fragile," so they might've been rough while handling it through transit. Product still appears to be fine though.
