I ordered 2 separate multi-card PSA orders. This seller requires a $5.00 shipping charge per individual card. Multi-card orders multiply the total shipping charge. I messaged the seller in both cases requesting the excessive shipping charges be refunded. In both cases, the excess was refunded. I believe he inflates the shipping charge in order to increase his profits. A buyer SHOULDN’T have to message the seller to cause him to comply with EBAY policy and ethical business standards.

The buyer is correct on the first instance, I simply forgot to refund his shipping costs. This is my mistake and I admitted to him in a string of emails back and forth on Ebay. However, the second case was not my issue. I had refunded the shipping prior to his inquiry and was, I assume, simply a delay through Ebay. I followed up to make sure he had gotten the refund, before I had looked into the issue. As to inflation of profits, not correct or fair, but I am out of words to reply.
