    First off, It took 13 days to receive from the Seller. Pillow (TEMP-PEDIC BREEZE COOLING PILLOW, QUEEN SIZE New with TAGS. The item wasn't shipped in a POSTAL BAG GREY in color. You would assume it would have come in the original BOXING that it was advertised in with no information packet. Cheap way out on shippers part The Pillow looked unharmed when opened, no puncture holes as this could happened easly the way items are handled. Without the boxing and pertinent info it would be hard 2resale.

    Item was sent using USPS Priority Shipping. Usually takes about 2-3 business days to receive. The post office was significantly backed up because of the Holiday season, and the package sat at the warehouse for almost 10 days. I opened a case with USPS and had it escalated to a supervisor. The item finally shipped out after escalating to a supervisor, and the buyer received the item in perfect condition. Not sure why buyer is upset, as I went out of my way to keep him updated during the process.
