    Oxidation

    took me a week to finally open the package... the package it was shipped in was, ahh.. rough looking packaging. but all in tact and seems to function properly so not worried about box condition, i bought the machine, not the box. i've only plugged it in for roughly 10 seconds to make sure it works, it did. However, debateable on "new" as some of the metal parts have oxidation, which means it's been exposed to the elements(moisture). The motor is working fine fine, as far as i've tested. As long as it works, i dont' care as much on the oxidation, just debatable on new as advertised....
