    Love it!!

    This saved my life this summer. Just couldn't keep mosquitoes from coming in. Always had that 1 mosquito trying to keep me up at night!! Then I got this guy. The zap sound is scary at first and makes you jump each time but after 2 months I am barely bothered when it zaps. I even sleep with it on. I have kept it on 2 months straight now just about so I imagine I will need to use the replacement bulbs soon but the first ones are fine still. Love it! May get a second one next summer.

    Kills bugs but poor ballast design/parts

    Had one for apx 16 months and both bulb ballast went bad. Not the bulbs but the ballast. Just received a brand new Liba unit today. The bottom bulb receptacle does not work, the bulbs are good, but what they plug into is cheaply made and doesn't last, brand new and it doesn't work! The bulbs outlasted the unit, pretty poor quality.

    It works!

    I bought this product to control flies, including little fruit plies, in my kitchen. I seem to get a lot of those pesky critters. I plug it in, and the flies disappear! This does make a fairly loud SNAP when the bugs get zapped, which startles both me and the cat from time to time. I find myself gratified though, that another one bites the dust. This unit comes with a spare set of bulbs, which seem to last around a year, Mine quit lighting up after two sets of bulbs, but I can't say why. The zapper grid still worked, but the third set of bulbs just never lit up when I put them in. This is my second purchase, because I find that I cannot live without the bug eliminating device.

    Does not work for fruit flies

    Zapper works per se, but didn't attract many flies (fruit flies) as I anticipated. Maybe fruit files aren't attracted to zappers?...But if that's the type of flies you are targeting, this is not really a good product for that. Additionally, the Zapper arrived with one of the internal bubs completely destroyed. Luckily the box contained spare bulbs. Overall, I could have found a better option at the local hardware store. Would not buy this again, nor can I recommend.

    Good bug zapper

    I plugged it in, in my master bedroom and within a few minutes I heard a pop, a mosquito was just eliminated. Within the next couple of hours there were more dead carcuses on the little catch tray. Do you know how hard it is to sleep with these pest flying around? This bug zapper is well worth the investment. I recommend this model!
