      Good fiber-- misleading package amount

      I have tried many fibers, but most were too harsh. I like this one but I have one complaint. They say there are 32 servings but they are way off. I have carefully measured this fiber for two months and found it to be short about 10 servings! That's a lot short. They may say that it's actually weighted but no one weighs a tablespoon full. So value wise, this is very disappointing and deceiving .

      Good blend.

      Feed your microbiome with a nearly tasteless concoction that mostly dissolve s in any liquid. Indigested it passes in whole through the GI to grow good microorganisms where needed. Seems to do no harm.Feels good taken over time --or is it a placebo effect? Give it a try. A teaspoon twice a day does the job for me.
