    Good idea but doesn't work very well

    My oven door gets caught on them every time I open and close it. If I open it took quick it ripped the entire knob right off and has fallen in the hot oven. I've had to move real quick to pull it out of the burning oven before it melts. Not sure if it's our oven or that way on all ovens. Knob covers seem kind of big and bulky. My 15month old try's to grab them, at least it works to prevent him from turning the stove on.

    cheap insurance against curious young minds.

    Works great, though not foolproof, stronger older children can force them open, keep an eye on your kids, life has no perfect solutions.

    Safety Range Knobs

    I purchased these cover because I needed them for my range with front knobs. While reaching up to cabinets above my range, I accidentally pushed uncovered knob in and up, which lit my gas stove burners...not good. These handily took care of that problem. Love them and the ease of use when I need to turn on burner with knob.
