    Happy I bought it

    I gave this 5 stars because it does exactly what I bought it for....making corn bread!!! It also does omelets as well as pocket sandwiches, but like I said I bought it for cornbread!! YUM. Okay, is it compact I said yes, because it is, Is it easy to operate, couldn't be simpler - caveat, mine the lid doesn't quite want to stand open on it's own when I'm filling the pockets - my mom's (which is why I bought mine) does...so mileage may vary... Is it easy to clean? Yep, wipe with a damp wash wrag and it's clean. Want to be extra sure. I use a little vinegar on a napkin after I've wiped it with a wash rag.

    Love making cornbread in it just mix it spray Pam and pour in and let it cook, great for omelet's and single baked pies and little cheesy sandwhichs

    Love making different desserts, take half a cake mix pour into the Xpress then add snack size candy like snickers, or 3 Musketeers or chips blueberries or strawberries, pineapples, makes single pies blueberry, apple, strawberry and pumpkin, sweet potato, the list goes on and on. easy to clean with a wet paper towel when your through cooking and it's ready for the next meal.

    Great Product

    We have had (and wore out) several of the GT Xpress 101 units. We bought this unit because it makes twice as much at one time. I use it and it smaller cousins all the time. They are great for cooking quick dinners, side dishes, and deserts. Love it.
