    Software was not in original packaging. License and product code were taped on inside and didn't work initially. Seller graciously sent new codes and the software successfully installed without any further problems but the program would crash, exiting without any error message, every time I tried to login. Initially, seller stopped responding until Ebay intervened. Then, seller refunded full price immediately and didn't require the return of the product.
