      Very nice product!

      The eyeliner arrived in a timely manner. The product seems fresh, not dried out. Applies nicely like an eyeliner should, and I love the color. I was looking for an expresso / mocha color, and I found it in the Neutrogena line. I use Neutrogena products frequently because I seem to be allergic to many other eyeliner brands which often produce intense allergic sceral reactions resulting in pink eye. Neutrogena eyeliners do not. I WILL buy this product again.

      I’ve been using this eyeliner for many years. I recommend it. it glides on smoothly. It also has a built-in sharpener that even gives blends including a smoky eye.
