    Thank you for the refund for the broken Sub Zero air purification cartridge. As you know, we returned the product in the original packaging. We received a letter from USPS saying in order to receive the proceeds from the postal insurance, we need to "retain the article and mailing container(including the wrapping, packaging,and any other contents received while we continue our investigation of your claim". We didn't submit a claim....apparently you did. See photo of letter attached.

    Dried out....

    I purchased these and dropped my printer before I got them in the mail. I resold them and the new purchaser said they brought up a no ink error on her printer. I was out the original price I paid, plus had to refund and lost out on the additional shipping as well. Totally bad deal. I had given feedback as soon as I got them, figuring 'not his fault I am clumsy', so he never replied when I contacted him about them being defective.
