Ebay was no help. Seller offered a partial refund and tried to do what they could do. I put neutral because I feel Ebay did not back their itemsand it wasn’t my fault or the sellers but the seller did try to resolve the issue without losing all her money it wasn’t her fault so she shouldn’t be out of the money.
