It arrived in perfect like new condition as described.There was an issue though with a loose block of wood inside boucing around so i contacted them and quick response. After talking we decided that I take speaker out and find issue. I found a loose block of wood inside so removed and put speaker back in subwoofer and it was all fine.They were nice enough to give an extra refund.
