Carter, the seller, has been working diligently with UPS and eBay to resolve this issue. A UPS damage clerk picked up the item on Monday, April 28th, to deliver it to UPS for an insurance claim. The item was returned 2 days later, April 30th, just as the dust cover was shipped to UPS with no further status. Need help from eBay to resolve this issue. TYVMReply from: soslaure- Feedback replied by seller soslaure.- Feedback replied by seller soslaure.This was incorrect feedback. I didn’t sell this person the item they left this feedback for. They made a mistake and left feedback on the wrong seller. As you can see they bought three perfumes and then cancelled. They didn’t really make a complete purchase from me at all.
