Great communication, great value, they came well packaged, were exactly as described and (because of this A+ seller) the postage costs were much more reasonable than eBay’s usual attempt at grand larceny! He was very polite and apologetic about it. He explained how I could get a return label and once he receives it back he will refund me my full purchase price including tax and shipping. I will purchase from him again. As I know things happen when you deal in glassware!
