      Seller messaged that shipping would be delayed by indefinite time more than one week, so offered a refund. I took the refund. Otherwise I'd have no way to know if shipping would ever happen. Makes me wonder if this was an Amazon pass-through, with delay being to wait for Amazon price to go back down.
