    Seller had a bad week after sudden, unexpected travel, delayed and mixed up shipments. Seller issued full, prompt refund and fully absorbed the price of switched merchandised that was delivered because of return courier cost. Safe, 11 day delivery (5 day transit, Texas to Ohio) by USPS Ground. I now have a Lenovo E73-10AU SFF computer instead of a Seagate ST2000NM0011 2TB hard drive. Pray for him.

    Item arrived today and it performed as it should. However, I have to note 2 issues, 1 of which is a real problem: The seller should have mentioned the item was used in a smoking environment. When I removed it from the packaging, it reeked of cigarette (or some other type of) smoke. I installed the item but it wound up smelling up my office, so I had to remove it. Since I need this item right away, I will now have to purchase a replacement on Ebay. This should have been noted in the description.
