      High Quality student grade paints

      German engineering at it's best! Wet readily and easily. Beautiful colors that I would call semi-opaque. My only wish is that All the colors were labeled, not just the first tray. Speaking of the tray, Love how it comes apart and snaps back together so easily. I rearranged my colors by the color wheel but it was so easy to do! Each color just snaps out and in with minimal pressure, but yet are still quite secure. So Glad to have found these here on eBay! The pic I've included is painted entirely with Pelikan paints; had a blast doing it too!

      Excellent Set

      This is an excellent set of opaque paints with a wide array of colors. Don't let the low price fool you, like the Japanese, Germans take their art supplies seriously. 24 huge pans(not little half pans, even larger than a standard pan if I'm not mistaken) of brilliant colors and a 7.5 ml tube of Chinese White. Extra room to carry a few more tubes of paint and brushes. It's a bit large and heavy to use as a travel kit but can be used as such if you like, makes an excellent "studio set". I'm a beginner watercolor artist; with this kit, a set of Arteza water brushes and some good paper you're set to create all sorts of fun art. This set is high quality and a good value, I wholeheartedly recommend it.
