        Item I bought, a watch, does NOT work. Contacted seller for refund - exchange. NOT possible seller says -- hence a ZERO starting.

        You bought a sealed STOP WATCH, opened the factory sealed package, and removed the battery protective tag to start it, as it was brand new. You then contacted me saying it might need a battery but you did not have the tools to open it so you wanted a refund. I wish it had worked but you can also take it to someone or buy the tools to open it, returning it would only make sense if the item had been in any way different than I had described.
