      Shipping was right on time. I thought the packaging was sufficient. Unfortunately, the top was broken off the base. The item was "as described l" other than the aforementioned damage. It was a great price to begin with, but the Merchant opted to refund me and allow me to keep the item with hopes I can possibly repair it. I appreciate their kindness and honesty. I would buy from this seller in the future. Sincere thanks for everything!

      Although the item was thoroughly packaged well, somehow the shipping services completely destroyed the content. Not only was the glass in all panels were broken, the brass struts were smashed so hard, the brass sides were no longer attached to the top finial. I notified the seller, and sent numerous pictures. He graciously offered me a refund. I sent even more pictures to help him in their insurance dealings. FANTASTIC customer service.
