      I'm always wary about buying ceramics on Ebay because not all sellers are careful with packaging. This seller was. The piece was wrapped in bubble wrap, then newspaper, with other newspaper tightly stuffed around the figurine so that it didn't move. As a result, it arrived safe and sound and looks great. I haven't spotted the flaws the seller noted, so I appreciate the thorough description as well. Great transaction in all respects.

      Replaced an Old Motor

      This past summer the old motor in the attic fan began to vibrate as the bearings wore out. The motor in the attic fan was 21 years old. I replaced it with the same model motor hoping to get another 20 years out of it. The only issue I have is the oil hole on the top of the motor is hard to reach without removing the unit. My solution is to use a small diameter silicone fuel tube. I expect to oil the unit once a year and hope it will last a lifetime.

      Good replacement motor.

      This was a good fit and replacement for the original motor which had a triangular metal mounting bracket. The replacement brackets mounted well and kept the motor snugly in place. It was a fairly easy installation. It is a quieter motor than the original and moves the same or more air. I am very pleased with the outcome. Chris B. Canby, Oregon.

      Perfect fit and runs well

      This replacement motor fit perfectly. I installed a new fan blade and it ran smoothly and quietly. I have not had one of these to last more than five years because of heavy service due to long, hot summers in this area. Only time will tell on durability. I would recommend it as a replacement. My only issue was the shaft was a little shorter than the one it replaced. This was resolved by moving the blade closer to the shaft end.

      Works Perfectly

      Easier than replacing the whole fan. I didn't need the bracket adapters. It went right in the 20 year old original brackets. Easier to replace from roof if your wires are long enough. Make sure you bring your phone on the roof so you don't have to go back and forth to the breaker box.

      Perfect Fit for Lomancool 2000

      Perfect fit for Lomancool 2000 roof vent. Went in with zero issues and provided nylock hardware was good quality. Unscrew/swap over the wire conduit & Fan blade, hook up two wires, 10mm socket on the 3 supplied nuts, hit the test the button and done. No more squeaky old motor.
