Then asked me to use shipping outside of eBay regulations to save them money, and when they received the item they claimed that I put dust/ food on the item. Now they threaten me with eBay action although I’m the one that requested a return because the seller sent me a laptop that doesn’t charge and had scratches on the lid (this wasn’t my complaint/ only the defective battery).
