The seller confirmed as did UPS that the tracking number was not associated with my name or address. Seller apologized and said they would update me with an accurate tracking number. The next week I still had not received a tracking number but the seller just said that the item was delivered! Report in progress with Ebay....Do Not Buy From This Seller!

I opened the case with eBay and they did refund money in the end.
