I purchased a turntable that was listed as "open box" at an offer price that was lower than their asking price. When it arrived, the product box was well packed within an outer box. The inner box was a little worn and had indeed been opened at one time, but when I opened it, it was clear that the turntable had never been removed from the box. It was in effect brand new in perfect condition with all original packing and accessories! I'm very pleased with ListenUp!

I have had the receiver and put it through its paces; I'm completely satisfied. It arrived with all components and looked like it had never been removed from its factory packing. It arrived in perfect like new condition as described.There was an issue though with a loose block of wood inside boucing around so i contacted them and quick response. After talking we decided that I take speaker out and find issue. I found a loose block of wood inside so removed and put speaker back in subwoofer and it was all fine.They were nice enough to give an extra refund. Best musical sub ever!Sonus Faber Gravis II Powered Subwoofer with 350W Class AB Amplifier - Walnut (#156483651994)
