    These statements were false I received the part back in same condition I sent it and the clips he claimed were missing in his pictures were still there when I received it back! Also he claimed it didn’t work when I sold the item I had made the buyer aware that it wasn’t going to just plug in and work with out bringing it to the Volkswagen and having the part calibrated and programmed the dealership
