Initially, the shipment arrived with only the Lid but the "Canteen Cup was missing." I contacted the seller. He politely apologized and corrected the problem without hesitation. The missing Canteen Cup arrived as though it was sent by rocket ship. Because of the reputable customer service, I let the seller know I was considering placing another order. Unfortunately, he has to change suppliers and prices.
