      A disappointing experience. I made an offer which was turn down, fair enough. i then put in a bid above the start price, and waited. I was the only bider so won the item. A week after I won it I had a message to say sorry but the item was damaged. I asked if I could see a picture of the damage as I make craft thing and thought I may be able to repair them. But was told in no uncertain terms I would not get a picture. I didn't think it was unreasonable to ask the question.
