Had an inquiry on the condition of the product, seller was very responsive and polite. Package shipped out within an hour of the order being placed. Got it 4 days later in a well packed box with lots of packing paper. I received exactly what I ordered. The cord was unfortunately damaged at no fault to the seller, and they were quick to issue a partial refund for the damaged cord. Was priced quite fairly and seller was again very polite!
