Dress had white plastic sales tag barb by arm hole (Lilly does not attach these). Seller mailed to wrong zip code in HUGE box- I had to pay an additional $17.30 out of pocket to pick up at USPS. Seller would not respond to messages. UNPROFESSIONAL. Dress was resale. Lilly pink barb tag had been forced back in as evidenced by light coming through hole by tag.
