    The seller was proactive/responsive to let me know that this item seemed to literally be lost in the mail (USPS). We were both able to track it to a point; it made it out of one USPS distrib center, but never could be tracked at the 2nd distribution center. The seller reached out to me to let me know she was tracking the package, and it seemed to have been lost. *She refunded my total amount, and let me know if the postal service comes up with it, she'll pass along. Seller handled it very well.
