        Awsom but not impress with the quality

        The lens is sharp and with good colors. It hunts for the image a little but is acceptable. It gets stuck in a focus spot and the work around to disengage out of that focus lock spot is to turn the camera off and then on back again. This will make the focus lock to release the previous focus spot and start focusing normal. The lens is robust but plastic material. Not weather seal so it will not go in adverse weather condition or at least without any protection. Is slow in focusing put that is an advantage because it makes the photographer slow down a little. The weight is fantastic and feel good in the hand.

        Lightweight and versatile prime lens

        Canon's new RF lenses are really good. I have always owned/purchased the more expensive L-series lenses for the older EF line, but these are great lenses for the price.
