    Good stuff and now easier to use

    Ferrex 150 is a really fine large dose iron supplement. I use it to increase my hemoglobin content. I used to buy it in foil packs which were difficult and time consuming to open. This packaging solves that problem with the same excellent product.

    Ferrox is Superior

    This product is elemental iron. As such it enters the stomach ( were it gets absorbed ) and quickly dissolves into Iron (II) which is the only it can enter the bloodstream. Most other iron supplements start as Iron (II) which upon reacting with any oxygen, quickly becomes Iron ( III ) which cannot. Therefore, I maintain, Ferrox is more efficient. In addition, Iron(II) supplements can be irritating to the stomach.

    Have been using this for over a year and it is a great product. Doesn't upset your stomach and I have saw no side affects. Glad it is a bottle instead of the plister pack. Got mixed up on my last order. My fault, I should have read more carefully.
