And that was 3 or 4 days after reaching out to them. Great deal but the guitar needs a lot of work to be playable

When I tightened the nut it solved my issue. Packaging was excellent no issues. Shipping was right on point. I would definitely recommend seller and have already purchased another instrument very happy with my purchase.
