    Quality, convenience, and clean lines. Perfect choice for upgraded sound.

    Really happy with this purchase. I had been looking at the JBL Bar 5.1 for some time and so the price drop with this refurbished unit made it a compelling choice. Delivery was fast and the item was exactly as described: well packaged, sealed, and in brand new condition. Sound quality is awesome, and the convenience of the wireless surround speakers is perfect.

    8 months old and………………..not working well

    Hello. The last 2 nights in a row the jbl sound bar has been acting up. First the subwoofer starting making a very loud pounding noise. Had to shut it off and restart. The second night, the sound bar itself gave off a very high pitch whistle like sound that was ear piercing. This unit is only 8 months old. What can we do about it? Very disappointed.

    Great Sound and Price

    JBL has a great product. I enjoy that its wireless; easy to set up. The sound is like being in a theater. The price is a good value for all that you receive. The soundbar, rear speakers (wireless), and sub-woofer. I own several JBL products. Enjoy the sound !

    Great product - but - problem with HDMI ARC port

    this refurbished product is of high standard and excellent value for the price. I was enjoying using it on the first day. However, the HDMI ARC port stopped producing sound after that. There were volume controls for the external speakers showing on the TV - but there was no sound coming out of the speakers or sub. When I switched to the optical cable, the sound was distorted from the speakers and subwoofer. So while I like the product the HDMI ARC port issue is one to be mindful of for the vendor/ buyer.
