Went through with instruction, but unable to download Visio Pro 2021. This so-called Full Version license card do not allow the use of Visio software on your MS account. I'm sorry to hear you had trouble with the Visio Pro 2021 installation. Just to clarify, the product sold is a standalone license and does not link to a Microsoft 365 account or require an Office 365 subscription. This was not stated in the listing, nor was any integration with an MS account promised. I understand the confusion, as Microsoft offers various versions of their software, but the license you received is intended for direct installation and activation.
