      A fantastic, very communicative seller. Not only is his product superior, but he is very understanding and helpful. In shipping, several pieces of the model broke off in transit as often happens with built models. Not only did he apologize, he provided a partial refund (which I did not expect). I easily reassembled the broken pieces. In the future I suggested he use more bubble wrap,. The model paint job was even better in appearance than described and was an excellent value.
