This coupled with not responding to a message sent immediately following auction end inquiring about combining the items to SAVE some on shipping. I did not combine shipping. The total cost for shipping to your area for 8 lbs. was greater than the amount you paid. I told you this. You saved $1.87 in shipping cost. Just an after thought, you did receive you purchase 3 days after you paid for them. Saved money and received very, very fast shipping. Win, Win.

But the post office never scanned them in and two weeks later the shipment had not arrived. I notified bigbitebaits and they answered immediately. The shipment lost, they quickly processed a refund and as a courtesy sent the truffle bags they still had which was way above and beyond excellent service. That was scanned promptly but delayed, delayed, delayed locally and finally arrived.
